Estimates and Changes
All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required.

Scheduling
We strive to complete all projects on schedule but are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty
Our work is guaranteed as per the terms specified in your contract and manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

Liability
Marathon Roofing is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or acts beyond our control.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, subject to terms on payment and work completed.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
